Our Approach
Our vegetables come from local growers we believe in Farm to Fork. We are excited about being able to cook our food within hours of harvest. The farmers almanac is used to understand how the earth, moon, water tides will be this year and how the new season is to be planted. This will allow us to understand the different ways to approach the vegetables so they become ready to plant then grow, harvest to deliver, pick up so we can cook and serve.

We had a dream to come to America a land of opportunity where me and my family could take a idea and make it become a reality for all of us. We have been in Sacramento for fours years and purchased this restaurant two years ago and have enjoyed the local support from the people.
